Asti is back, baby! This sweet Moscato d'Asti, from Ca'D'Gal in Italy's Piedmont region, is made with a careful, organic approach - grapes are harvested by hand from 30–35 year old vines. With a delightful, delicate sparkle, you'll get aromas of elderflower, mandarin orange and rose petals on the nose. On the palate, you'll find notes of white peach and pear. 

It's great as an aperitif or with strawberries and cream. A star of our inaugural Natural Wine Supper Club with Kokum restaurant, we paired this with a show-stopping, cardamom-heavy take on milk pudding, Ras Malai.
