The True TSSU-27-08D-2-HC sandwich prep table is a compact, ADA-compliant unit designed for efficient food preparation in commercial kitchens. This prep table includes (8) sixth-size clear polycarbonate food pans in the top cutout, allowing easy access to frequently used ingredients. An insulated lid helps maintain proper temperatures while protecting food from contaminants. The 11 3/4" deep removable polyethylene cutting board provides a durable and sanitary workspace for assembling sandwiches and salads.

Instead of a traditional cabinet door, this unit features two stainless steel drawers, each capable of holding one full-size food pan (sold separately). The drawers include 12" recessed handles and removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning, while their stainless steel construction ensures durability and sanitation.
