The unit features a full-length, 11 3/4" deep removable polyethylene cutting board, providing a spacious and sanitary area for assembling sandwiches and prepping ingredients. Beneath the work surface, the refrigerated cabinet offers additional storage space with four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for organizing backup ingredients.

Powered by a 1/4 hp refrigeration system, this unit uses eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures between 33°F and 40°F. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures excellent temperature retention and energy efficiency.
