Product Description: A hairy perennial shrub that grows up to one meter (3 feet) tall, has pointy leaves that are serrated at the edges, and flowers that range from red to pinkish white. Geranium plants originated in South Africa, Madagascar, Egypt, and Morocco before being introduced to European countries in the seventeenth century. However, there are over 200 species of geranium, some of which are scented and others not. The petals are utilized in gourmet jellies and confections, while the oil is commonly employed in fragrant topical applications.
