Lanco® Siliconizer™ Plus 2in1 is a 100% acrylic elastomeric roof and wall sealer. It will provide a 100% waterproof and weather proof seal adhering tightly to any surface without the aid of a primer. Lanco dries extremely fast through a process of transition, taking half the time it usually takes a regular sealer to dry. It attracts heat because of its blue color, but after 4 hours it turns ultra white. It will not crack, crumble or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement.

When used as a stand-alone product, apply the first coat by pouring liquid Siliconizer™ Plus RC-797 onto roof and spreading it at a rate of 50 ft.2/gal. Avoid going twice over the same area.

Allow 24 hours before applying subsequent coats. When used in combination with Polyester Fabric Mesh FM-222 a base coat of Aqua-Proof MD-863 base membrane or Insulafex™ RC-948 insulating membrane must be applied to embed the polyester fabric.
