Siliconizer™ 1000 is a solvent-free, single component, high solids, 100% silicone roof coating. It prevents and stops leaks, providing a permanent waterproofing coating that extends the life of concrete roofs and other substrates. Provides a monolithic, powerful ponding water resistant elastic membrane that strongly adheres to the substrate. Does not crack, or peel, and withstands total movement of concrete joints and hairline cracks. Its bright white finish lowers inside temperature of the structure, by reflecting sun rays and eliminating heat received, thus lowering electric energy consumption.

Coating can be used on many different commercial or residential roof substrates to reflect the sun’s heat and UV rays, as well as to help seal and protect the surface. It works well on low slope roofs and is suitable for pitched roofs.

Acceptable roof types include:

• Aged asphalt roofs, including Built-Up Roofing (BUR) and Modified Bitumen (MB)
• Aged single-ply roofs, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and Hypalon® roofs
• Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roofs, Metal roofs
• Concrete roofs
• Recoating previously coated roofs
• RV, trailer, and mobile home roofs.
• Not recommended over shingles of any kind
