Raspberry - Brambles - Energetic

Bianca and Daniel Schmitt have been making wine together since 2012 and call themselves the “ideal pairing”, both believing strongly in the biodynamic approach. “While it may sound odd to some, we truly believe that everything is connected. We see the results on a daily basis in our vineyards. Our preparations strengthen our soils and vines. When we give mother nature as much freedom as possible to do things her way, she in turn gifts us with her very finest results.”

This rosé is bold and beautiful. A blend of Merlot, Pinot Noir, Blauer Portugieser and Dornfelder grapes is given a gentle press and aged in old casks and the resulting wine has plenty of savoury earth and spice against a backdrop of red fruit: strawberry, pomegranate, cranberry. The result is wild, intense and supremely more-ish.
