Do I need fasteners to install this, or does it come with bolts?

Fasteners are not included. You'll need the OEM bolts that originally held your bumper bracket — they typically stay with the vehicle. If you're missing them, grab the hardware before install day.

Can I install this without removing the whole bumper?

Access is tight but possible from underneath. Full bumper removal gives you a cleaner install and lets you inspect the mounting points. Either way, it's a straightforward bolt-on with basic hand tools.

Does this come primed or painted?

It ships as a raw hard panel. If your bumper cover is body-color or painted, match the finish to the rest of your front end before bolting it on.
