Cock - a - Doodle - Doo!! Such an amazing rare find! You will turn heads wherever you go in this dress!

This beautiful rooster print silk dress made by David Barr/Pavion.

Classic fit and flare style with button up front, hook and eye closure at pleated waist. Sleeves look great either worn down, or folded as in the model photo. Add a petticoat if you like, for more oomph!

This dress is in very good vintage condition! There are a couple small stains, and, unfortunately, a significant hole in the skirt. The tear measures about 1.5" in length and about 1" at the widest point. The good thing, is this hole is on the left side of the skirt, and is pretty easily hidden once repaired. I also noticed a few spots where it looks like the pink has transferred to other spots on the skirt. To me, it looks like part of the design, I didn't notice until I looked closely. There is also some yellowing on the top of the dress, and some of the silk feel a bit rough, so she could use a proper cleaning to remove the yellowing and soften her up. None of these issues really take away from the integrity of the dress. She is still VERY wearable!
