Do I need to paint this before installing?

No. This bumper Requires Surface Prep, so you can bolt it on bare or paint it first to match your car. If you install unpainted, plan to paint within a few months to protect the FRP from UV exposure.

Will this work with my factory fog light holes?

This is a solid bumper cover without pre-cut fog holes. If your car has fog lights, you'll need to carefully cut and fit the openings yourself, or use a gasket to seal around them after installation.

Does this cover the entire rear bumper area?

Yes. This single-piece design replaces the factory rear bumper cover from corner to corner. It does not include the bumper beam or reinforcement structure—just the outer skin that bolts to your existing frame.
