Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Reposado is crafted from 100% wild-harvested sotol, also known as desert spoon, grown in the high plains of northern Mexico. After traditional cooking and natural fermentation, the spirit is double-distilled and aged for 6 to 12 months in new French oak barrels. The result is a smooth, floral, and subtly oaked expression that bridges the gap between mezcal, tequila, and something uniquely its own.
