The DJI WB37 Charging Hub (WCH2) is the non-USB-C version of DJI's two-bay dock for the WB37 Intelligent Battery, the pack that powers the Cendence remote controller, CrystalSky monitors, and other DJI ground-side equipment. Unlike the newer WCH3, which runs from a USB-C Power Delivery source, the WCH2 is built to run from DJI's existing aircraft chargers — Inspire 1 and Inspire 2, Phantom 4 Series, Phantom 3, and the matching car chargers — so an operator who already owns one of those DJI chargers can charge WB37 packs without buying additional hardware. The hub charges two WB37 batteries in sequence from highest state of charge to lowest, in approximately 71 minutes per battery, and adds a 5 V / 2 A USB-A port for topping up a phone or tablet from the same source.

Note: The 57 W chargers do not supply enough power to charge a WB37 and a device on the USB-A port simultaneously. When using a 57 W charger, do not connect a phone or tablet to the USB-A port at the same time.

Please note: The WCH2 does not include a charger or power cable. To power it, use one of the compatible DJI aircraft chargers listed above. The WB37 batteries themselves are also sold separately.

If you do not already own a compatible DJI aircraft charger, the USB-C version of this hub (the WCH3, sold separately) is typically the more practical choice for new operators. The WCH3 runs from any FCC-certified USB-C Power Delivery charger of 55 W or higher, including the DJI 65 W Portable Charger, third-party USB-C wall chargers, portable power stations, and vehicle USB-C outlets.

When using the Inspire 2 Battery Charger, Phantom 4 Series Charger, or Inspire 2 Car Charger, do not charge the Intelligent Flight Battery (the aircraft battery) and the WB37 at the same time. The charger supplies one device at a time on those models.
