The Patagonia R1 TechFace Hoody is a versatile fleece hoody with additional weather protection over a standard fleece. The Bluesign approved polyester stretch fleece is gridded to trap as much warm air as possible while remaining very breathable. The outer has a smooth hardened finish which offers a level of windproofing and water resistance above that of a standard fleece.

The R1 TechFace Hoody features two handwarmer pockets and an internal zipped chest pocket for valuables. The under helmet hood is adjustable and has a laminated visor. The lowbulk stretch cuffs provide a good seal and can be pushed up over the for arms when needed. The hem features a drawcord adjuster to create a good seal against the elements.
