The architectural elements of naturalistic forms combined with Arts & Crafts style, this hand knotted wool vintage Persian Qum pictorial rug astounds with its beauty and draws inspiration from William Morris. It features a botanical tree of life design surrounded by all-over scrolling vines composed of a cascading flowering branch pattern spread across the abrashed taupe hued field. Designed to impress, the symmetrical floral branch pattern unfolds lavish details of opulent frondescence, vinery, stylized florals, hyacinth sprigs, frolicking deer, and exotic birds nestled tree branch limbs. It is enclosed with a complementary botanical border flanked with inner and outer floral meander guard bands.
