Omron E3FA-TP11 2M Photoelectric Sensor

The Omron E3FA-TP11 Photoelectric Sensor is a cylindrical photoelectric sensor from the E3FA series, designed for reliable object detection in industrial applications. Using a through-beam sensing method, this sensor has an impressive sensing range of up to 20 meters, making it suitable for a wide variety of settings, including large-scale production lines and warehouses. The red LED light source (wavelength: 624 nm) ensures reliable detection of opaque objects as small as 7 mm in diameter.

The Omron E3FA-TP11 Photoelectric Sensor offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, allowing it to be tailored to different operational needs. It operates with a PNP open collector output with a maximum current of 100 mA and a maximum applied voltage of 30 VDC. The sensor is protected by built-in circuits for output short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and power supply reverse polarity protection, ensuring reliability and durability.

With a response time of 0.5 ms and single-turn sensitivity adjustment, it provides fast and precise detection. The ambient temperature range is -25°C to 55°C for operation, and it can be stored safely between -40°C to 70°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. The sensor is also resistant to ambient illuminance, handling up to 10,000 lx from sunlight and 3,000 lx from incandescent lamps.

The IP67/IP69K protection ratings ensure that the sensor is highly resistant to dust, water, and other environmental elements, making it suitable for outdoor and industrial environments. The pre-wired model comes with a 2-meter cable for easy integration.
