The head has a checkered design used to properly drive nails and dimple drywall. The MARSHALLTOWN Drywall Hammer has a 13¼" hickory handle to eliminate sore knuckles. The QLT Drywall Hammer has a 16" smooth wood handle for comfort. The WAL-BOARD TOOLS Drywall Hammers come with a 13" or 16" genuine hardwood handle for maximum durability.
