The Rab Mythic 400 is a very high performing Down insulated sleeping bag offering fantastic warmth to weight. The Mythic 400 excels in lightweight multi-day mountain missions where weight and pack size are a priority.

The super lightweight 10D Recycled Atmos nylon ripstop outer is DWR treated and downproof. Its incredibly lightweight nature ensures that the Down within will loft fully for maximum warmth. The Mythic 400 contains 400g of 900 fill power R.D.S certified European Goose Down. The Down in the Mythic 400 is treated with a fluorocarbon free hydrophobic treatment developed by NikWax to ensure that it retains its loft in damper environments. While extending the lifetime of the bag and ensuring its performance in a wider range of conditions this does not make the bag waterproof.

The bag has a Mummy Taper shape, more tapered in the upper body/leg areas so it minimises weight and enhances thermal performance. The Mythic 400 features trapezoid baffles throughout the main body which maximise the retention of down in position and also overlap to minimise heat loss. Inside the bag there is an anti snag zip guard to prevent the zipper catching on the lining when you are zipping it up in a hurry inside a dark tent.

The Mythic 400 features an insulated collar and hood drawcord to minimise heat loss from the top of the bag. The foot box is angled with your feet to reduce cold spots by minimising the internal space.
