Description

Metsal Heat Rub Cream is a topical cream containing methyl salicylate, eucalyptus oil and menthol. It is used for the temporary relief of pain associated with sprains, strains, arthritis, rheumatism, lumbago and fibrositis. The cream is formulated to be non-greasy and non-staining.

Ingredients

Each gram contains:

• Methyl Salicylate 283mg

• Eucalyptus Oil 88mg

• Menthol 20mg

Directions

Apply a small amount of cream to the affected area and massage gently into the skin 2–3 times daily.

For injuries, follow appropriate first aid measures such as rest, ice, compression and elevation where required. The cream may be applied to muscles and joints once swelling has reduced.

Warnings

Do not use:

• In children under 2 years of age.

• If the product is past its expiry date.

While using this medicine:

• For external use only.

• Avoid contact with eyes, open wounds and damaged skin.

• Do not use with heat lamps, heating pads, hot water bottles or bandages.

• Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation or rash occurs.

Store below 30°C.
