Directions

(Recommended daily dose):
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)
Children under 12: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)

(For winter use):
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily.
Children under 12: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
