Processing of Iodine

The prolamine iodine (zein) ingredient in Prolamine Iodine is manufactured as a Lugol’s solution of 2:1, potassium iodide (KI) : iodine (I₂). This yields a form (KI₃) that creates stable bonds with starch and protein from organic corn meal that is grown at the Standard Process certified organic farm.

Suggested Use:

One tablet per day, or as directed.
