Ingredients
Actaea racemosa rhizome Extract dry concentrate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, potato starch, powdered cellulose. Contains sugars as lactose monohydrate. Contains milk products.
Contains: Each tablet contains: Actaea racemosa extract dry concentrate 2.5mg from dried rhizome 21.25mg.

Directions
Adults - take 1 tablet twice a day daily with water.
