Earthquake Log Splitter for Augers Drives

Suitable for all augers drives with 65mm round drive or 75mm square drive.

The Earthquake log splitter attaches to your existing auger drive so you can split logs and felled trees into more manageable sizes. 

The Log Splitters conical shape and helical thread draws it into the log as it rotates.

This heavy duty, robust, compact, and versatile log splitter will split logs up to 600mm in diameter.

Made from heat treated hardened steel the Earthquake log splitter can be used on excavators, skid steer loaders, mini loaders, tractors, and telehandlers with an auger drive as its power source.

How to use an Earthquake Log Splitter

1) Simply attach your auger drive to your machine

2) Slide the Earthquake Log Splitter onto the drive shaft and lock it in position.

3) Place the log splitter on the log you want to split and push into it.

4) Turn on the auger drive and the log splitter will begin to screw into the log, keep applying downward force to match the log splitters helical thread.

5) Once you have split the log the process can be repeated for multiple logs. 

6) For long logs start at one end of the log and use steps 1) to 4) for the first section. Reverse the hydraulic flow to unscrew the log splitter from the log and move further down the log and repeat the process.
