Description

Able Essential Oil Blend – Sleep Well 10mL is a blend of cedarwood, lavender, geranium, bergamot, and chamomile essential oils. It is intended for use with the Able Ultrasonic Vaporiser and other suitable applications when diluted as directed.

Directions for Use

For use with the Able Ultrasonic Vaporiser.

Recommended dosage: Add 2–3 drops to a diffuser, vaporiser, or oil warmer.

Ultrasonic Diffuser: Add 2–5 drops to the diffuser.
Oil Warmer: Add 3–4 drops to the water in the oil warmer.
Bath: Add 3–4 drops to running bath water.
Massage: Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil before applying to the skin.

Essential oils are concentrated and should be diluted in a carrier oil (such as sweet almond oil) or dispersed in bath water before use. Do not apply undiluted oil directly to the skin. Perform a patch test on a small area of skin prior to use.

Recommended for children aged 18 months and over.

Ingredients

Juniperus virginiana (Cedarwood Oil), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil), Citrus bergamia (Bergamot Oil), Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium Oil), Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile Oil).

Warnings

Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Some oils may cause photosensitivity and should not be applied to the skin within 24 hours prior to UV exposure, as this may result in irritation or burns.

Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult a healthcare professional before use. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting and contact the Poisons Information Centre. Store below 30°C.
