This is a collaboration with the wonderful Mills Brewery, brewed to celebrate 10 years of DEYA. It's an homage to the brew team's favourite monastic Belgian beers.. Bruern Farms Plumage Archer gives subtle bready, caramel notes and DEYA's house yeast, brett cultures and Mills' own house culture combine to add a melange of yeast profiles, giving this beer a characteristic complexity. Ypu'll find notes of peach, elderflower and a hint of barnyard funk. Fresh, wholecone Mystic hops add grassy, traditional hop balance.

This beer morphs and changes with every taste and will continue to do so for many years to come.
