Integrated design
The Fusion mini16 is the first commercialized FOC integrated power system suitable for 1/18th and 1/16th scale models in the industry.
The frame layout is compact 24*42mm and lightweight 72g (including wires and plugs).
The petite size of the fusion mini16 is aesthetically beautiful and solves wiring issues on smaller crawling vehicles.

Adjust drag brake force in real time
Connect the yellow signal wire to the open channel on the receiver to adjust the drag brake force in real time.
Adjusting drag brake on the fly can be achieved to meet various application environments.
Note: The yellow signal wire is also the programming wire.
Please refer to the instruction manual for the connection method.

FOC drive, good linearity, high torque, nearly silent
The Fusion mini16 is equipped with a FOC drive method.
The large torque and excellent linearity when operating at low speed further exceeds standard brushless systems, and matches the feel and control of brushed systems.
The Fusion mini16 is nearly silent.

Up the hill
The Fusion mini16 system automatically increases the torque output to overcome resistance and accelerate up the hill.

Going down the hill
The ESC automatically reduces the torque output and stabilizes the vehicle speed when going down the hill.

IP66 protection level
The Fusion mini16 is IP66 protected. It has excellent waterproofing and dust-proofing performance to cope with complex and various climatic conditions.

Super Internal BEC

• The powerful BEC has a continuous current of 4A
• Maximum current of 10A
• The output voltage is switchable between 6V/7.4V

It is suitable various standard/high-voltage servos on the market.

Supports optional motor adapter, compatible with 25.4mm mounting holes
The motor built in a set of mounting holes.

When the frame mounting hole is 25.4mm, an optional motor mounting conversion plate is available for purchase to adapt to more large-scale vehicle models.
Note: The conversion plate is an optional accessory and needs to be purchased separately! （PN 30850502）

Wide applicability
The power system is not only suitable for 1/16th and 1/18th climbing models but also suitable for 1/14th, 1/12th and 1/10th lightweight single-speed scale models.
(≤1.8kg, gear ratio ≥60).
Note: Since the proportions and sizes of each manufacturer are different, please check whether there is enough space for the motor in the frame before purchasing. For example, Traxxas 1/18 TRX-4M is not suitable for this power system.

Supports three running modes
The Fusion mini16 meets a variety of application needs.
1 - fixed speed mode (direct forward and reverse)
2 - No fixed speed function normal mode (forward and reverse with brake)
3 - No fixed speed function normal mode (direct forward and reverse)

Supports various LED / LCD programming boxes
The ESC not only supports simple LED programming boxes, but also supports high-end products like the LCD programming boxes with a more complete display.

A vast variety of parameters
The Fusion mini16 has a vast variety of parameters for adjustment.
It has a total of 13 adjustable parameters to meet various application setting needs.
