Crafted in the enchanting Valle d'Itria, this blend features Verdeca (70%), Maruggio, and Marchione grapes. The wine is carefully vinified in stainless steel vessels to maintain its integrity. In January, the liqueur de tirage is added to initiate a second fermentation. The wines then spend around fifty days sur-lie in the bottle. Chakra Blu delights the senses with a pale straw yellow hue and a creamy, continuous perlage.
