This style is a close match to the standard pot size used for perennials and herbs. The deeper pot offers more soil volume and is optimal for vegetables that need more time in the greenhouse before transplanting to the field, like peppers, tomatoes and eggplant. Suggested shelf life is approximately 3 months after initial planting. At transplant time, plant the whole pot, no need to crush or tear as the roots will grow through the pot.
