A lifestyle without wine is incomplete.  They Live with Wine philosophy is built on their firm belief that wine and food should be inseparable in ones daily diet – it being not as much a matter of appreciating wine with food, but rather the enjoyment of wine and food.

Approachable Shiraz with vibrant red fruit, showing redcurrant, cherries, and sandalwood. Integrated, dry tannins balanced by a tangy acidity allow the bright fruit to shine on the palate, with hints of rosemary and lavender adding perfume and interest. 

This Shiraz was vinified in a combination of open & closed top stainless-steel fermenters to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation the wine was tranferred to seasoned French Oak barrels for further maturation.
