This is a red wine blend of 69% Shiraz and 31% Malbec. Deep violet raspberry with a purple rim. A complex pronounced nose of blueberry, dark fruits, spice and herbal. A floral perfume combined with a smoky nuance. Medium to full bodied with similar notes to the nose although slightly lighter more red fruits and spice. Intense, with fine tannins but very easy drinking.

This Shiraz/Malbec is a perfect wine to pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison. The tannins can compliment the rich flavours of red meat, and the wine's bold taste can stand up to the intense flavours of grilled or roasted meat.
