Das Produktionscontrolling ist ein wirksames Instrument, die logistische Leistungsfähigkeit produzierender Unternehmen in einem komplexen und dynamischen Umfeld wirtschaftlich sicher zu stellen. In dieser Arbeit wird der Ansatz mittelwertbasierter Produktionskennlinien in ein Instrument für das Produktionscontrolling dynamischer Prozesse überführt. Hierdurch ist es möglich, logistische Kennzahlen im Zeitverlauf zu bewerten und wenn notwendig, entsprechende Maßnahmen abzuleiten. Um zu erkennen, wann eine neue logistische Positionierung erforderlich ist, werden Kennzahlen zur Beschreibung dynamischer Prozesszustände und Ansätze zur Identifikation struktureller Veränderungen untersucht. Die Realisierung der Erkenntnisse in einem Anwendersystem und eine beispielhafte Systemanwendung zeigen die erfolgreiche Anwendung von Produktionskennlinien im dynamischen Umfeld.
