A statement earring with history, this unique creation blends the old with the new. These earrings give new meaning to paper weight, as they are light weight and easy on the ear.    Large lacy teardrop resin hangs 7 bindles of rolled vintage magazine pages.  The whimsical beads are of course recycled from publications from the middle east and India.  Look closely at the center paper bead with the Arabic writing.  Each dangle is finished with a B&W ceramic bead, and topped with a small matte gold ball.  The posts are onyx cabochons clad in brass and finished with 24kt gold plating.  The beauty of upcycled jewelry displayed on your ears!
