FABRIC: 100% cotton. Thick, yet soft cotton. No stretch besides slightly in the waist. 

CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition. Only minor flaw to be noted is a minor mark at the base of the zipper. I only find it to be noticeable upon very close inspection. This item has been cleaned & ready to wear.
