Are you a woman on the go?  A GAU allows you to take your reliquary with you. This red resin Buddha along with his ceremonial sitting cloth, allow your shrine to be worshipped on a plane, train, beach or the faraway countryside. Our traveling Buddha in a box will hang prominently on your neck, in a celebration of color and whimsy. This unique neckpiece is a festive and unusual combination of many non traditional elements.  The box itself, standing 2 1/8" tall and 7/8" deep, is made from copper, brass and white metal floral repousse.  Andrea added some large amberesin beads, some of which are clad with silver staple bands. Ceramic cream and black banded spacer beads set off the amber, along with faceted gold crystal resin beads.  4 small brass skulls are in the lineup, finished with 2 Uzbek twisted thread tassels.  Braided raw silk makes the extensions which close with a large hand wrought brass hook, with the flowing ribbons down the back of the neck.  An Andrea Serrahn original design.
