The mega top section accommodates (30) sixth-size, 4" deep poly pans, providing extensive storage for fresh sandwich and salad ingredients. A foam-insulated stainless steel cover helps lock in cold air, maintain food-safe temperatures, and protect ingredients during downtime.

A full-length, 8" deep removable cutting board offers a spacious and sanitary work surface for assembling sandwiches and salads. The cutting board can be easily removed for cleaning, ensuring proper hygiene in high-volume prep areas.

The refrigerated base features a three-section cabinet with three solid doors, each equipped with 12" recessed handles and locking capability for secure storage. Inside, six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves provide flexible organization for backup ingredients and supplies.

Constructed for long-term durability, the unit features stainless steel front, sides, and back panels to resist corrosion and wear. The interior includes an aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning and sanitation.
