The fifth release of small batch blends from 2XO does more than blend ingredients and flavor profiles. The latest release in the Icon Series, The Sneakerhead Blend draws inspiration from master blender Dixon Dedman's love of sneaker culture. The former Kentucky Owl blender recognizes the blending of styles many sneakers represent, and performs a similar act with this bourbon. The Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made up of two proprietary mash bills — a high rye bourbon mash bill and a moderate rye bourbon mash bill. As with all the 2XO or Two Times Oak releases the spirit gets additional exposure to the barrel, and looks to follow in the footsteps of the series award-winning predecessors.
