L-Taurine - 150 mg

Directions:

Take 2x capsules daily alongside any meal.
We recommend taking EstroClear for 3-6 months at a time.
If this is your first time taking EstroClear we recommend starting with 1x capsules per day & increasing slowly.
Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.
