At Falcon Restaurant Supply, we prioritize transparency so you know exactly what you're buying. These are unused commercial units, not refurbished, rebuilt, or previously installed. They were part of a bulk purchase by a convenience store chain that ultimately never deployed them. The equipment has remained in storage since purchase and is being sold in its original condition. Like any crated equipment, minor cosmetic imperfections from handling or storage may be possible, but the units have not been used in a working environment. Since we are selling it as a 3rd party the warranty does not carry over.

Enhance the efficiency of your kitchen with this Southbend ultimate range! Combining a range with a space-saver oven, this versatile piece of cooking equipment allows you to fry and simmer food on top while using the oven below for your baking and warming needs. This range features a 24 3/8" wide open top with a 37" working height, and it has 4 burners that each deliver 33,000 BTU of heating power. These burners are non-clogging and have removable cast iron grates. Below the range sits the oven, which boasts a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and delivers 45,000 BTU for maximum efficiency.

This unit features a durable stainless steel front and sides. It operates using simple control knobs to adjust the heat level. Its 4" stainless steel front rail protects the user from steam, hot splatters, and flames when adjusting the temperature. Its removable drip tray catches grease drippings underneath the burners. It also features a 22 1/2" high stainless steel flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf to help vent excess heat and gases while providing extra storage space.

The included oven has a snap-action thermostat to control and maintain the desired temperature. It features a 19 1/2" x 26 1/2" cavity made with double-sided, full porcelain enamel for corrosion resistance. It has coved corners for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow, helping to eliminate hot and cold spots. This cavity allows full-sized pans to fit both ways, and it contains 2-position side rails with 1 rack for a custom configuration. It is easy to access with the spring-assisted, counterweight door.

This unit uses a standing pilot for the burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven. It stands on (4) 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for safe, stable use on any floor. It has a factory-installed pressure regulator and a front-located manual gas shut-off for safe operation. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
