This is a wall mounted sculpture of a Baku, a nightmare eating creature from Japanese folklore. Inspired by temple carvings, this piece is cast in urethane and painted/varnished to mimic old carved and polished wood. Three high quality glass eyes are mounted into the sculpt which gives the creature an eerie life like feeling.

This is one of the heavier casts so please mount this on a screw or some other sturdy hook. It comes ready to hang and signed by the artist.

The sculpture is 10" deep and 11" wide.
