An 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board offers a spacious prep surface for assembling orders efficiently. Below, the refrigerated base provides versatile storage with a combination of a solid door and drawers. Two adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves allow for organized storage, while each drawer accommodates one full-size food pan (sold separately), making it ideal for portioned ingredient storage.
