An 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board offers a spacious and sanitary work surface for prepping and assembling orders. Beneath the prep area, the refrigerated base features four drawers for organized, high-efficiency storage. Each drawer can accommodate up to two full-size food pans (sold separately), allowing quick access to frequently used ingredients during peak service times.
