Cypress is a versatile essential oil. It can be used for aromatherapy, massage, and to make your own skin and hair care products.

Dilution
Dilute at 1% of the finished mix, which is typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil per 100ml of carrier oil. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. You can dilute it up to 3% before applying it on your skin or bathing. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Massage
To alleviate sore muscles, create your own peaceful and relaxing massage oil blend by combining Cypress Oil with a carrier oil, such as Apricot Kernel #204, and your favorite essential oils.

Aromatherapy
Feel the soothing aroma of a few drops of cypress oil added to your burner or diffuser.
Skincare
Use Cypress oil as a mild cleanser and makeup remover by diluting it with your preferred carrier oil. on remove debris and makeup, simply apply on a cotton wool pad and sweep over your skin.
