Designed as part of the Spec Series®, this unit combines a spacious prep surface with versatile refrigerated storage, featuring one solid door and four drawers for efficient organization and quick access to ingredients.

Its factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains consistent temperatures between 33°F and 38°F using guided airflow technology. Powered by environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the system ensures uniform cooling while reducing energy consumption and environmental impact. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors further enhance efficiency by circulating consistent airflow while producing minimal heat.

To optimize long-term performance, the condensing fan motor features a self-cleaning mechanism that reverses for 20 seconds at the start of each cycle. This process removes dirt and debris from the condensing coil, helping improve efficiency, reduce energy use, and extend the unit’s lifespan when paired with routine maintenance.

Built for heavy-duty commercial use, this refrigerator features a stainless steel exterior and a one-piece top with an integrated backsplash to prevent debris and bacteria from collecting in seams. The cabinet, doors, and drawers are insulated with high-density polyurethane to maintain internal temperatures and improve structural strength. Coved interior corners simplify cleaning and promote sanitation.

The unit includes two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves that can be repositioned in 1/2-inch increments for flexible storage.
