This two-section freezer accommodates full-size sheet pans and includes gastronorm slides with six heavy-duty wire shelves. Each shelf is adjustable in 1/2" increments, allowing you to customize storage for a wide variety of frozen products.

The cabinet maintains a consistent temperature of -10°F using a high-performance, self-contained refrigeration system with eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. An automatic defrost system, which is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, helps reduce energy consumption while minimizing maintenance.

Powered by a bottom-mounted compressor, this unit operates in a cooler, grease-free zone of the kitchen for improved efficiency and easier serviceability. The design also raises the bottom shelf for convenient access and provides easy reach to the self-cleaning condenser for routine maintenance.

The freezer features two solid doors with magnetic gaskets that create a tight seal to prevent cold air loss. Each door includes a lock and field-reversible hinges, offering flexibility and enhanced security for your stored products.
