Licorice liquid extract, derived from the licorice plant's roots and rhizomes, has been traditionally utilised for its anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Benefits:

• Widely used for skin whitening.

• It soothes the skin. Also effective for inflamed skin. Glycyrrhetic acid and flavinoids provide antioxidant and regenerative effects. 

• Heals damaged skin and hair. This product works by absorbing moisture from the air and retaining it within the skin's layers.

It enhances the skin's natural moisture retention, resulting in a more hydrated appearance. Provides a calming effect on the skin. We propose conducting small batch trials to find the appropriate dosage to produce the desired shade from the extract.

Licorice is extracted first with a specified eluant
to yield a concentrate. Licorice is Stable when stored in a cool, dry place.

Formulation Guide:
• Prepare the oil and water phases of your
formulation separately.
• Heat the oil and water phase using a
double boiler.
• Add licorice extract to the water phase,
with constant stirring.
• Blend both the phases together using a
mixer or a large mixing spoon
