This beautifully crafted full cheek bit features three pieces including a Copper French Link. The French link provides additional comfort for sensitive horses while encouraging salivation and acceptance of the bit. The double-jointed mouthpiece avoids the nutcracker action of a single joint, preventing the bit from hitting the roof of the mouth and gives the rider independent control over each side of the mouth.
The full cheek assists with turning by applying pressure on the cheeks.
