Suitable for gas and electric hobs, induction stovetops require a compatible Bialetti maker or adapter plate. Only ground coffee and water are needed; freshly ground whole beans (slightly coarser than espresso, finer than cafetiere) are best. Bialetti also offers pre-ground Moka Coffee.
