3D Dye Sublimation Coated Phone Case printing Process:

1. Print the needed images on the 3D sublimation film with low-temperature sublimation ink;

2. Tear off the protecting film from the 3D phone case before sublimation;

3. Put the 3D phone case upon the jig, and put the 3D sublimation film onto the tray, close the tray and lock it;

4. Drive the tray into the middle of the machine, pre-heat for 15 seconds, then press "vaccum", sublimate for 6 minutes @ 140 centigrade;

5. After sublimation, take off the 3D sublimation film, and cool the case in natural environment for about 1 minute.
