The Purelux Panther Aero C540 is a curved, aerodynamically shaped LED bar that combines a sleek, modern appearance with impressive performance. With its slim profile, dark optics, frameless lens and two-colour position light (orange or white), the Aero C540 is a stylish yet practical choice.

Inside, the light offers two selectable power modes: a road-approved mode for everyday driving and the Purelux PowerBoost® mode for maximum off-road performance. In PowerBoost® mode, the Aero C540 produces an output of 8,249 lumens with a beam distance of 444 metres (@ 1 lux). Switching between the modes is easy using the built-in button, and the light automatically remembers the last-used setting for added convenience.

The beam itself is a wide, rectangular combination pattern that provides excellent balance between distance and spread. The curved body allows light to be cast further to the sides, illuminating ditches, verges and forest edges effectively.

Vertically, the beam is softly limited, preventing wasted light while ensuring plenty of reach for roof-mounted or bumper-level installations.

The neutral 5000K colour temperature enhances visibility by improving contrast, making terrain and obstacles easier to detect without causing glare or eye strain. This makes the C540 especially effective in poor weather conditions such as rain, fog or snow. Durability is equally important: the Aero C540 is built with a powder-coated aluminium housing, an impact-resistant Lexa polycarbonate lens and a fully sealed IP69K rating, ensuring long-lasting protection against dust, water, UV exposure and corrosion.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the included end legs and width-adjustable bottom brackets. The light is supplied with a DT-2 connector pre-installed, and separate plus-wires are provided for the dual-colour position light. With its wide operating voltage range (9–36V), it can be used with both 12V and 24V systems. A reference number of 25 makes it suitable for use alongside most standard headlights. Two-year (24 months) warranty included.
