Converts genuine car audio speaker output to RCA line. A high-low converter is a device that converts the voltage from the speaker output to a level that can be input (RCA level) because it is too high to be input to an amplifier or processor. Most genuine navigation systems, and some commercial navigation systems, do not have RCA outputs for connecting to an amplifier or processor. Therefore, we use a high-low converter to reduce the output to the RCA level, and then build an audio system.
