With the Lead Battery you get 7.5m travel and up to 40 minutes of hard skating and up to 50+ minutes of easy cruising.

With the Lithium Battery you get 13.6m travel and up to 80 minutes of hard skating and up to 100+ minutes of easy cruising.

The Sealed Lead Acid battery provides a shorter charging cycle of 300 full cycles. Note that when riding with this battery type, your boards riding speed will gradually decrease until the battery life has been exhausted. While the distance you can travel with this battery type differs depending on the riders weight, the terrain, slope, and how you ride (power slides, etc), the average person on hard flat surfaces will be able to travel about 10 miles.
The Lithium (LiFePO4) battery has several benefits over the Sealed Lead Acid. The battery will charge in half the time, and will last more then double the time - between 700 - 1000 cycles before continuing at partial capacity power. Also note that the Lithium battery performs at full efficiency until the battery life has been exhausted, as opposed to slowly decreasing speed. The Lithium battery is about 20 lbs lighter than the Sealed Lead Acid battery.15-18 miles on lithium.
